Katie Ho believes that imagination is to be found between that subjective world and observations of the real. All the artworks narrate different fragments of stories. Although each can be seen as individually complete, when assembled together they construct a more complex, multifaceted narrative and experience for both the artist and the viewer. They allow the viewer to make their own connections across the images and to take an idiosyncratic view of the subjective world within Ho's head; a view of narrated stories which are imaginative, humorous and most importantly, compassionate and deeply human.
