PALMER, Geoffrey
Originally from New Zealand, Geoffrey relocated to Hong Kong where he worked as a finance professional before pursuing a BA(Fine Art) degree majoring in ceramics at RMIT University.
"I am particularly interested in the ways that energy flows around and transforms our environment, both naturally and as a reaction to human intervention. My recent work investigates these by considering the relationship between the potter and nature, specifically with regards to the physical and thermochemical energy transformations that are occurring in the making process."
