H: Use an object as a metaphor to describe the creative process
用一種物件來形容今次的創作過程
A: Torch: Dance is relatively foreign to me. To learn more about it, I almost need a torch to light the way. This also inspires my interest in other unknown areas.
手電筒：舞蹈於我是較陌生的，在不熟識的領域裡想了解多些，像用手電筒照亮了眼前的事物，同時也引起我向其餘未知領域探索的興趣 。

On learning each other’s artistic and working styles
認識和了解大家的藝術風格和工作模式
L:
We didn’t talk about our work when we first met, and just chatted casually. After reaching some understanding, we showed each other our work and then talked about the thoughts behind them. It was quite simple.
我們最初見面不是先聊作品，而是很普通的聊天。稍微有點了解後才開始聊大家的作品。我們會給對方看自己的作品，邊看邊解釋創作時的想法，就是這樣很簡單的。
A: Mostly by our conversations. Sometimes with our work.
主要是透過彼此的對話，有時是透過作品去交流 。

同樣是藝術，但是畫畫和舞蹈可能在視角方面會有些不一樣，Alex給我的一些意見也是我從來沒想到的…
A:
When paintings merge into the dance creation, it feels like adding time and power into still images. These images add another dimension of imagination to the dance work. It’s as if two narrators with different styles are telling the same story, complementing and changing each other. This collaboration led me to think about the relationship between space and my works. In a cross-disciplinary collaboration, there can be many creative combinations, broadening the interpretation of an artwork.
當繪畫融入了舞蹈創作中，彷彿為原本靜止的影像加上了時間和力量，而舞蹈亦因影像添上了不同的想像空間，就像兩個用不同手法說同一故事的人走在一起，在融合也在蛻變。這次合作令我多去想像空間和作品之間的關係，在跨媒介的合作中，帶出了很多不同創作上的組合模式，拉闊了作品原來的想像空間。

Choreography編舞
Born in Hong Kong, Leung Chunlong graduated from Beijing Dance Academy in 2009 and from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts in 2011, with a concentration in Ballet. He joined Hong Kong Ballet as a member of the Corps de Ballet the same year and was named Coryphée in 2014.
His choreographic works included L’espoir (2017) and tʃHEy (2016). Leung received an Outstanding Performance Award at the Taoli Cup Dance Competition in 2003.
梁晉朗生於香港，2009年於北京舞蹈學院畢業，其後於香港演藝學院芭蕾舞系繼續進修，2011年畢業後隨即加入香港芭蕾舞團擔任群舞員，2014年獲晉升為群舞領舞員。
他的創作包括《她(們)》(2016)及《盼》(2017)。他曾於2003年榮獲全國桃李杯舞蹈比賽優秀表現獎。

Heung Kin Fung Alex is a lecturer and Subject Coordinator (painting) at Hong Kong Art School. His works are frequently exhibited in Hong Kong and abroad, including permanent artwork at Ho Man Tin MTR Station and selected works at the Hong Kong Art Biennial Exhibition 2003. He took part in RMIT University’s residency programme in 2015. His works are collected by Hong Kong Museum of Art and by private patrons.
香建峰現為香港藝術學院講師及學科統籌，主要以繪畫為創作媒介。作品常於本地及海外展出，包括何文田港鐵站內的公共藝術作品及2003年香港藝術雙年展的入選作品。他曾於2015年參與澳洲皇家墨爾本理工大學的藝術家駐留計劃，其作品為香港藝術館及私人收藏。
