陶藝涉及大量應用技巧、知識、步驟，對許多初學者而言，除了重複練習及實驗外，觀摩亦是一種必要的學習途徑。本計劃以造型及彩繪裝飾兩項源流中梳理出陶藝製作中的主要技巧，並由藝術家負責示範和拍攝成多條陶藝「陶藝創作指導」影片。藝術家嘗試作出深入淺出的技巧示範，並配以文字補充。
